• At the Member's own request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting JCBet support via live chat. For accounts closed at the Member's request, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days.
